Don’t buy their services. I am a very disappointed customer, who had to deal with a highly unprofessional team in the Bondues store. I recommend to anyone who is in need of their services to think about it twice. They installed something in my house which caused an electricity issue and they are committed to ignore me. They caused the problem (which can happen) and no one is helping me to find the solution (which shouldn’t happen). I am going to go sue them but also want that other customers know before buying their services that they are not going to take accountability for any side problems. Never had the any similar problems with Leroy Merlin. Much better service, I regret so much that I chose Castorama.

A terrible experience of purchase. To buy an abri de jardin ,i had to visit the store 3 times because they could not confirm the delivery date. After succeeding the purchase,i had to visit the store more than 6 times to follow up the order ,because they were late in delivery.. After 1.5months they replied me back saying "they did a mistake during the order stage and they do not know when i will be delivered" Then i wanted to cancel my order ,they could not manage that easily also .. To sum up :from ordering until the cancelling day i visited Castorama 10times in 1.5months for a product that i was never delivered..what a waste of time ! (PS:I went to Leroy Merlin afterwards ,explained the story to them and i was offered 15% discount with a 1week delivery time)

Asked for help and really felt like I was bothering the employee, then had to wait to the reception desk nearly 30 mn to get my item, due to understaff at this desk, and meanwhile some employees nearby were waiting…
